NDA engages in project and corporate consultancies, mainly related to responsible tourism and hospitality, community development, micro-enterprise development, capacity building, and corporate marketing and PR. Our clients and partners include government institutions, donors, NGOs, community associations and private sector companies.

Some examples:

• Aegis Trust (2008): Feasibility study for a project proposal of the Association des Etudiants et Elèves des Rescapés du Génocide (AERG) to develop a hostel, a school and various micro-businesses for AERG members

• CFJ Mayange (2008): Development of hospitality and catering programs for the Centre de Formation des Jeunes in the Rwandan Millennium Village in Mayange

• DED / Private Sector Federation (2008): Development of community-based tourism around Akagera National Park

• Imbabazi Foundation (2008): Development of tourism experiences focusing on the heritage of the late Roz Carr, birding tourism in Mutura, and a potential pyrethrum museum
